How and when do I get paid?
You're paid per trip, straight to your account, on a regular schedule. Setting up your invoicing and sending it on time keeps your payouts on track.
Is travel back home included after a delivery?
When there's a car heading back your way, you can drive it and earn on the return. When there isn't, we cover your transport home.
Are fuel, tolls, and other road costs covered?
Yes. Fuel or charging, tolls, and ferries along the route are covered, so they don't come out of your pocket.
What happens if there's a problem with the vehicle during transport?
Take photos of the car at pickup to record its condition before you set off. Your driver contract sets out how liability and damage are handled. If anything happens on the road, support is on call.
Can I drive part-time, or is this a full-time commitment?
Yes, part-time works, most drivers do this alongside a job or studies. We ask that active drivers take at least a few trips a month, since procedures change regularly. Beyond that, you pick the trips that suit you.
