When and how do I get paid?
Payment runs on a three-tier structure tied to how a job goes. Net 30 is standard: you're paid within 30 days of your invoice. It applies when a job is completed in full. That means on-time pickup and delivery, a signed CMR note and all photos uploaded on the day. Net 14 is the reward tier. Complete three qualifying jobs in a row and every following qualifying job is paid within 14 days. Net 60 is extended. It applies to jobs with delays not caused by force majeure, or with missing photos, missing documentation or damage. Your assigned tier is visible on every job, so there are never surprises at invoicing.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Registering and onboarding are free. You earn from the loads you carry. There is no platform or subscription fee to be a Bahn carrier.
Am I committed to a minimum number of loads?
No. The cooperation is non-exclusive and there is no minimum volume. You take the loads that suit you and stay free to work with anyone else.
What insurance do I need?
A valid CMR liability policy covering the full value of the load on your truck. You provide a certificate during onboarding and once a year after.
Which documents and photos are required per job?
For each vehicle, your driver uploads timestamped photos at pickup and delivery, plus a signed CMR note. The photos cover all four sides, the windscreen, wheels, keys and any damage. Complete documentation unlocks the faster payment tiers.

All across Europe, full truckloads of 7 to 8 vehicles on the continent's busiest corridors. Set your preferred countries during registration and we will surface the loads that fit your network.
