Operations Associate (Germany) – Berlin
Germany is one of our most important and operationally complex markets. As an Operations Associate, you'll be a key part of our growing German operations team, working closely with our Ops Lead and HQ to make sure everything runs smoothly, every single day.

We're building Europe's fastest used car delivery network, connecting freelance drivers with car buyers to enable delivery times never seen before. Think Uber, but for used car logistics. We're backed by top Nordic investors and the founders/operators of Wolt & Swappie, and we're scaling fast across Europe.
As an Operations Associate, you are on the front line of our operations. You'll help coordinate daily transports, support drivers and customers, and solve real-time problems as they come up. Your work directly impacts delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and how well we scale in Germany. This is a hands-on role with a steep learning curve, ideal if you want real responsibility early in your career and a clear path to grow within operations.

What you'll do
- Support daily transport operations in Germany
- Coordinate deliveries and monitor execution quality
- Communicate with drivers and customers via phone, email, and chat
- Help resolve real-time operational issues quickly and calmly
- Work closely with the Ops Lead and central operations team
- Assist in improving processes, workflows, and tools
- Support driver onboarding and supply operations
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience, no specific background required
- Professional or native-level German (min. C1) and fluent English
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
- Interest in startups, logistics, and fast-paced environments
- Motivation to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time

Compensation
Base salary €2,800–€3,000 per month (depending on experience). Overtime compensated. Full-time role.
