Founding Marketing Lead
This isn't just another marketing role. You'll be our first full marketing hire in the company, defining the trajectory of our brand for years to come and launching our first campaigns to supercharge GTM efforts in Germany.

Who we are
We're building Europe's fastest used car delivery network—connecting freelance drivers with buyers to enable delivery times never seen before. Think market-dominating brands like Uber & Wolt but for used car logistics. Backed by top Nordic investors and the founders/operators of Wolt & Swappie.
After immense success in our native Nordic markets, we are now starting expansion efforts in Central Europe. Different cultures and values are posing hardened entry barriers, so it's time to think about strengthening our branding and increasing marketing efforts to gain a foothold in these markets.
Our journey so far
First customers, validated idea, launched Germany–Finland and Sweden–Finland routes
Hit €75k monthly revenue, signed first larger accounts (including two publicly listed companies), hired our first core team member
Reached €150k monthly revenue and closed a €920k pre-seed round
Built our driver pool in Germany, launched our platform for customers and drivers, reached €300k in monthly revenue
Launched Denmark, our first demand market outside of Finland. Built driver pools in Sweden and Denmark. Monthly revenue €400k
Crossed €500k MRR and prepared for the next wave of European launches
Why this role is so important
You will be directly responsible for moving us away from "business card branding" and building the foundation of a brand powerful enough to haunt our target customers every minute of every day. This is a crucial milestone for the future of our company.
Germany is a complete departure from our "home turf" in terms of culture and market fit. We have to lock down our marketing and branding to refine the ICP in this market and build inbound demand.
Strong marketing success will create value for our company beyond our immediate expansion targets and allow for easier market entry in future markets.
What you'll do
- Own the entire marketing process end-to-end: copywriting, journey mapping, campaigning, media buying. But: we are here to help. You won't be thrown to the wolves and our team and sales leads will assist you with everything you may need.
- Start with 0→1 work: understand our offering, our current brand image, construct a plan for supercharging our branding and launching the first campaigns and execute it.
- As we see the first results, reflect, adapt and broaden our efforts. It is up to you to decide the best measures available (Magazines, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads etc.)
- Work directly with our CEO Matias, our Sales Director Antti and the regional teams which carry the knowledge on how to localize our branding.
- Collaborate with the broader team across product and ops — your feedback matters.
What we're looking for
We're building the go-to logistics platform for used cars in Europe. Our vision: 2-day deliveries across the continent. To get there, we need people with bold ambition and real grit. That's where you come in.
- Non-negotiables: Native German, fluent English and familiarity with European cultures at a high level
- Varied marketing experience across multiple projects is a big bonus — you will have to drive a strong core branding and adapt the specific marketing and advertising efforts to localized regional needs. To do so, you need to be able to deconstruct the different regional ICPs and build strong funnels and messages, especially inside the German market.
