Full-stack Engineer
You will be building the core systems that carry our operations. Your work will have an outsized impact on our ability to deliver cars on time, and to do it with ruthless efficiency.
The Role
Architect and build the systems that connect customers, drivers, and operations in real time. Deliver end-to-end features across our web platform. Build our organizing engine from rule-based workflows to automated, optimized decision systems. This role is ideal for anyone wanting their work to actually matter. Shipping smart and always improving what you've built — those are your bread and butter. You care about outcomes. You cut scope when needed, or push for perfection where you think it's necessary.

What we need
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong with React, TypeScript, and Node.js (or similar stack)
- Comfortable working with databases, APIs, and backend systems
- Product-minded: you care about solving real problems, not just writing code
- Able to work independently and ship features without constant direction
- You cut scope when needed, or push for perfection where necessary
- Bonus: Optimization expertise, or strong mathematical background
